hey yo...!!!!!!!! backk to update my dead hulk of space on the internet..went jogging today.. after i donno how many months...
and frankly speaking, im not in good shape..
managed to run at my usual speed.. or so i think so..
but i need to train more if im going to pass my 2.4km..
sighs.. more training..!!!!!!! and more pull ups!!!!!!!!!!!
but it felt really great to run again.. =)))
tried out the new park connector near my class area which links to Anchorvale CC.
and it is a good place to train my 2.4 cos of the marking on the floor..
it really gives me a good gauge on how long i take..
now.. i just need a timer to help me take time =)))
okay, time to hit the sack.. haha.
